Dr. Jae Oh has lived in Orlando, FL since 2001. He attended Dr. Phillips High School and then went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology. His experience in emergency medical training working at ORMC Emergency Department continues to provide insight and skills in patient care.
His life was changed when he was exposed to chiropractic as a patient at Pavlik Health and Wellness dealing with neck pain and constant headaches. Upon seeing significant relief, this motivated him to shadow, learn, and apply to chiropractic school. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, graduating Cum Laude and earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in the fall of 2017, when he joined the Pavlik team upon graduation.
Dr. Jae's passion for health and wellness and the benefits of chiropractic has motivated him to help treat a wide range of conditions from sports injuries, postural and degenerative changes, rehabilitation through exercise, and getting the patients back to doing the things they love.
His hobbies include being active in the community, training in CrossFit as an Ll trainer and athlete, training in Eat the Frog Fitness, and running Spartan races. He offers the Palmer technique, Torque Release Technique, myofascial release technique, flexion-distraction, and is fluent in the Korean language.
He has been a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association since 2014 and is committed to serving the Central Florida community with Pavlik Health and Wellness by making sure each and every patient can have the best quality of life and be able to function optimally throughout life.
